Pharmacy Partnerships Executive
WithRx is an UK-based healthcare technology company building a pharmacist-issued patient app and clinician dashboard.
The platform is designed to improve what happens between patient appointments, providing structured follow-up visibility and strengthening patient retention within community pharmacy and weight-management services.
We are currently expanding our commercial outreach and building partnerships with community pharmacies across the UK.
Role Overview
We are seeking a structured and confident Pharmacy Partnerships Executive to support outbound engagement with pharmacy decision-makers.
This role focuses on disciplined lead generation, relationship-building, and booking qualified meetings with superintendent pharmacists and pharmacy owners.
You will operate primarily from our Croydon office, with hybrid flexibility and occasional field visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured outbound calls to UK community pharmacies
• Identify and engage superintendent pharmacists and service leads
• Follow a defined outreach and qualification framework
• Book product demonstrations and discovery meetings
• Send tailored follow-up emails and WhatsApp communications
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline progression
• Gather market feedback to refine messaging
• Support early-stage onboarding conversations
Experience Required but not necessary
• Experience in B2B outreach, SaaS sales, or healthcare services preferred
• Confident speaking with senior professionals
• Organised and process-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
