Description

Dispense and provide advice on a wide range of healthcare products.
Offer exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the local community.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Manage stock levels and ensure the availability of essential products.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members as required.
Act as a key point of contact for healthcare-related queries.
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm/ Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Requirement to work at least 1 in 4 Saturdays, preferably every other Saturday

Profile

A successful Support Pharmacist should have:

Relevant qualifications in pharmacy with GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Experience within the retail industry or a similar environment.
Strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
